What is coliving?
A coliving is a space with rooms and common areas in which the way of living is focused on coexistence. In a coliving you will be part of a community and you will be surrounded by beautiful spaces specially designed to cohabit, inspire, work, make friends and share your experiences.
Who is coliving for?
Coliving is for anyone who is willing to embrace a more connected way of life and wants to be part of a community they can call home. Here, different individuals come together to form their own environment in which to live, work and play.
What does the rent include?
Your monthly payment includes a fully furnished room with basic services such as security, cleaning of common areas, electricity, water, internet and the use of common areas such as bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, laundry, terrace with grill, patio with green areas and TV room with Netflix®.
What is the research fee? Why do I have to pay it?
In order to offer you the service without a guarantor and to guarantee everyone's safety, we need to do an investigation at the beginning of the contract which has a cost of $750.00, this investigation allows us to endorse you as a responsible tenant.
Is it necessary to give a deposit?
Yes, 100% of the cost of one month's rent depending on the room you choose. This deposit is refundable at the end of the contract and is subject to the conditions under which the tenant leaves the room.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 month without a mandatory contract, it's that simple.
Do I need a guarantor to rent?
No, we developed coliving thinking above all about people who do not have a guarantor and who need a place to live.
Are the rooms also cleaned daily?
Only the common areas are cleaned daily, if you would like daily cleaning we can offer you the service at a cost of $150.00 pesos per day of cleaning.
Do they have an elevator?
We only have stairs and controlled access to offer greater security to our roommates.
Is it close to public transport stations?
Sure! We are approximately a 1-minute walk from the Misterios metro station (yellow line) and the Misterios metrobus station (line 7-green), as well as various ecobike stations.
Does the building have security?
The security of the coliving and our colivers is very important, that is why we have CCTV (closed circuit television) with cameras in common areas and corridors, in addition the building has 2 closed entrances and all rooms have a security lock.
Can I move in with my partner? Can I have visitors?
The rooms are designed for individual use, although of course you can have visits from your partner or friends who must register in our internal application.
We also offer queen size rooms for couples. These rooms have a higher cost when used by 2 people.
Are the rooms private?
All rooms are private with their own security locking system.
Is the bathroom shared?
Yes, we have shared bathrooms and showers on each floor.
Are the floors mixed? Are there floors for women only?
We have mixed floors and floors with exclusive access for women, where men are not allowed to enter.
Do you provide sheets?
The room does not include sheets, however you can purchase them for an additional cost.
Do the rooms have an integrated kitchen?
We have a large fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor with induction stoves, microwave ovens and refrigerators.
What is the dynamics of the refrigerator?
To ensure a healthy coexistence, we give each Roomie a personal refrigerator space to organize their food.
Do you accept pets?
We love pets, however, for the safety and comfort of all our residents, pets are not permitted.
What is the role of the concierge (community team)?
The community team is responsible for meeting the needs of our colivers as well as everything related to the proper use and operation of coliving.
